I've been going here for exams for years because everyone from when you call to schedule an appointment, to the front desk and the technicians, have been friendly and very efficient. I've had to call scheduling several times now for different reasons regarding a breast MRI. Every person who I talked to including Melissa this morning sounded so cold and robotic. They just say birthdate, name, etc. without saying please or thank you. If they have to put you on hold they just said hold on. When I called to cancel my appointment today all she could say was "okay you're cancelled" in the most bored voice. I have gotten better customer service when ordering take out from a sandwich shop! This might sound petty but having to get a breast MRI is scary enough without having to deal with people's attitudes. I guess I just expect more professionalism from a medical facility.
