Everything was OK except my $60.00(!) NY Steak was so gristly my jaw gave up the ghost trying to gnaw through it. My friend's Filet was just "OK".
Forget about the "old skool" steakhouse feel and the fawning staff, how about turning out your key product at the highest, or at least, acceptable standard?
Or, change the name to Bally's Tendonhouse.
