I had a tech named Joe come out to my house who was the most unprofessional tech iv ever had come to my home. From the second Joe walked up to my door he has a pissed off miserable vibe. I went to shake his hand to introduce myself and he simple looks me in the eye, ignores my hand shake and walks past me into the house. I figured okay, maybe hes having a bad day so I brush it off.
Next we go into the kitchen so I can show him whats wrong with my unit. Long story short my oven is leaking heat causing burn marks in multiply locations. Total fire hazard.
Joe starts looking at the unit and begins to tell me everything is okay. I show him the burns marks and tell him this is not okay, my oven looks like its starting to catch fire. Its not safe. Joe looks at my and tells me the chef in the house is the one that's not safe and i'm the fire hazard.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I even made A Yelp account just to write this negative review. I hope no one uses this company going forward.
