This store has poor customer service, and I would not return with my dog for grooming services - ever! We have a large breed dog, took him in for bath and groom ...1pm drop off ..,waited all day to hear back from them for pick up; 5pm rolls around and still nothing. I walked in the store, and she looks at me and says, "I need at least another hour and a half with him" ---Seriously? What dog takes over 5 hours a to bath and groom? This isn't Clifford the Big Red Dog! End of story: the bathed him, he went home damp, and NO GROOM! Find somewhere else to go is my suggestion. (my 11th month old Newfoundland was happy to see me)
