Excellent service all around, knowledgeable and friendly staff & techs. Comparable repair costs to Fry's Electronics. We first checked Best Buy. They wanted $250. Microsoft & Fry's were both $150. However, MS ran a special and to the end of the month, offering free service under $99. My blue screen of death prevented me from getting into Windows and my external backup was outdated. They backed up my info, repaired Windows promptly, returned my laptop with all my info accessible, smiled and thanked me - all at no charge. They also installed DNTM (Do Not Track Me), which I didn't know about and was grateful to learn about it. This was not the first time we had excellent service by The Microsoft Store at Fashion Square. We'll definitely go again and probably forget even comparing prices next time. I'm also going to back up weekly from now on. THANKS GUYS and if you don't recognize the name, it is because it is an alias!
