An update to my previous review (attn Chris): this incident occurred quite a while ago, we were trying to obtain a brand called Canadian Naturals. Even though you say you don't work out of this location, it was you Chris C. that answered our initial call, met us at the store to discuss the details, you who gave us the trial bags of another brand, you who said you would order it for us and you that failed to return all of our calls and messages. My suggestion is, if you're looking for the "employee" that provided us with the negative experience, you'll need to do some self reflection. I do not want to give you another chance because quite frankly I already gave you numerous chances - none of which had a successful outcome.
