The beds are hard as boards and the covers make a ton of noise every time you turn over. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast good, the hotel is in a nice safe area and very pretty. They gave us 1/2 off the price because the heater/ac made a huge rattling sound and we could not use it. The internet is super slow. The place is fine if you don't plan on sleeping. The bathroom doors must be firedoors. They weigh a ton and everytime one of us got up to use the bathroom the doors made a lot of noise. After a 6 hour drive we needed sleep and got none. The staff apologized but that doesn't help when you need sleep.
