I've had without a doubt the worse experience at this salon. I bought a Groupon and made an appointment. Unfortunately, I had a doctor's appointment 2 hours before the hair appointment and the doctor had to deliver a baby so I was going to be late to my hair appointment. I called the salon and told them about me more than likely running late since I was still waiting for my doctor. The receptionist was very pleasant and told me that she would let the stylist know. As I am pulling into the parking space, I get a call back from the salon that they won't be able to take care of me. I go inside and the stylist was extremely rude and could care less about the fact that I called. She could tell that I was upset (I wasn't yelling or anything) and she said she could see me on a Tuesday night. I told her I wouldn't be able to reschedule right away because I go to school and we left it at that. About a month later I called to reschedule my appointment with another very pleasant receptionist who proceeds to tell me that my Groupon is invalid. I asked her why was it invalid and she said it wouldn't work and that I could speak with a manager. I spoke with another lady who was also very rude and she told me that they were refusing to provide me with service and proceeded to tell me that I could make an appointment but without using the Groupon. What is the point of having a Groupon and not being able to use it?!?! So, I told her I don't understand why you are refusing service to me when the stylist told me to reschedule- she basically didn't have a good reason and just told me to contact Groupon to get a refund. Thankfully Groupon did refund me but I would NOT recommend coming to a place where they seem to care less about their clients, promotions to use the words "refuse service" as if I was some sort of disease. It was a horrible experience and I hope no one else goes through it. Even if it was free I would never go back there based on the way I was treated not once but TWICE! No stars!
