There are other reviews posted under different name, so beware! I have used them since they opened. I frequently bought a deal where if you pay for two washes they upgrade the level of them. So I usually spend $16 for two washes. I found one today that I hadn't redeemed that expired last month so I had used them out of order accidentally. I normally wash my car every two to three weeks. I asked them to honor the ticket and they refused. Mind you this isn't a coupon, I paid for it. Guess the manager doesn't realize the cost of acquiring and keeping a customer because they have lost this one forever!
