Worst experience I've had with a printing company. Took us nearly a month to get a quote despite immediately replying to emails and calls on our end while rep took days to reply to us. Then they over charged on first order and credited second order without communicating this to us even once. THEN they kept missing their shipping deadline to get the second order out and changing the ship date again with NO COMMUNICATION from them. We've had to call every other day to get any information from them about the status of our orders and no one seems to know what they're doing over there. Absolutely DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Jakprints; they are a joke!
