My sister in law who is on disability bought a couch and had it delivered. The supposed manager Mario was part of the delivery crew. When they dropped the couch on the floor it broke. Her neighbors heard it break. They called to report it within 1 week and rent a center refused to come pick it up. They finally agreed to pick it up but only if they paid for 2 extra weeks. Mario denies this happened and said there is no proof they broke it. He also made comments about how she was receiving donated stuff. She is disabled, they know this and took advantage of it and ripped her off.
