This is by far the best salon that I have been too. It was just opened a year ago, so the décor and interior are up-to-date, modern and beautiful. Caroline is probably one of the best stylists that they have, although I haven't gone to anyone else, so I'm bias. She gives the best and thorough consultations and sometimes I'm not able to accurately describe what I want, but she is able to decipher it and my hair has always come out beautifully. The manager Justin and the receptionist always greet you by first name and offer beverages or anything else to make you more comfortable. The have a huge product selection and will help you find the one that best suits you (my favorite is the Oribe). My only wish is that they start doing lash extensions at this location, since the only Dino's that do them are on the other side of Chagrin Road and traffic by the mall is less than desirable.
