Rare to walk into a bike shop and have staff so detail-oriented and welcoming. Terrific addition to Roosevelt Row neighborhood!
These folks are good-natured, attentive and know their bikes. Shop isn't niche for any specific rider segment, they've got a great range of products at cheap-to-very-reasonable prices. Freshly renovated interior, not overpacked like some shops where you're worried about tripping and squeezing your bike to the back for service. Cafe is a great touch and serves microbrew too, makes sticking around for service much less of a chore. Owner is really friendly, will definitely be back here for service and other biking needs.
Been to four popular bike shops around Greater Phoenix and this is by far the best. Worth a visit even if you have a current go-to shop.
