We used the local Phoenix area Pigeonpro twice; once to put up wires and once for a mesh to block off nesting sites. When a wire broke, they came out and said it was a tree limb that broke the wire, so they wouldn't fix it under warranty, Fine enough because that was true, so we paid to have them fix it at the same time they added the mesh. But adding the mesh caused the roof to leak. They claimed it wasn't their fault and wanted to charge us to remove the mesh so roofers could fix the leak. The roofer they referred us two quoted exorbitant rates. We found someone (rapid roofers, highly recommended). They found the damage done by pidgeon pros, calked over the damage for a tiny fraction of the roofer quote. But it shouldn't have required roofers at all, they just needed to admit they damaged the roof and do what Rapid roofers did under their supposed warranty. I will not use this company again for sure. As it happens, Rapid Roofers do pidgeon control too.
