I'm new to Charlotte originally from NY. I've been pretty spoiled with great Dominican salons, so I know a good one from a bad one. I told the lady that washed my hair that I wanted a deep condition. I have a lot of thick hair and she put about a quarter size amount of conditioner in my hair... Whatever I didn't say anything. I sat under the dryer for maybe 3 minutes and she was already back to wash out the conditioner. I told her I want to sit longer she said ok. 3 moreminutes later, she was back. Whatever, I let her wash it out. The second lady I had an encounter with tried to immediately blow dry my hair right after I got it washed. I told her no I want a roller set. She said I have too much hair for a roller set. (I've never been told that ever by any salon) she got another girl to do the roller set. The final girl did a great job on getting my hair nice and bouncy and my roots silky smooth. My review is not based on my results. The results are 4.5 stars... Total price including wash, set, deep conditioner, and trim $47.... In New York I paid 30.. I recommend not getting a deep conditioner, it's not worth it if they only let you sit under the dryer for 6 mins. Being that it was so hard for me to find a Dominican salon in Charlotte, I'll most likely return here because the final product was actually good
