THIS WAS THE PROBLEM. I was traveling as a 66 year old senior by myself and the area is like a getto. One block down from the motel is all closed or run down junk. I happened to stop a Tempe city worker and asked how the area was. He told me to get out of the area, it was not good.
I told the hotel that i could not stay here because i did not feel safe by myself. The front desk and the manager was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then i called Best Western customer service and they would not help me at all. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I am a gold card member and they could have cared less.
I did explain to them, that believe it or not their are alot of other great motel chains in the UNITED STATES. Now i am taking my business to Hyatt chain!
