guy came out and barely spent 5 minutes checking out a leak in the attic and came back saying not a plumbing issue.. fine but then i asked if water is puddling up in my attic then or what and he just says oh i didnt look that far but i could tell whats the problem is not with water pipes....uhhh ok so you can see that without even looking at the water damaged area !?!?!
