Very disappointing experiences here. Every time I tell myself to give them another try but not any more. On one occasion I witnessed employees yelling and fighting, leaving one in tears. On another, I picked a polish from the prepainted nail samples and it was completely different than the actual color. The nail tech never checked to see if I liked the color, and was very preoccupied with other costumer sand employees. This time I came in asking for a mani and pedi an hour and a half before close. Three other walk-ins came and were helped before me. I was then told I wouldn't be able to have the pedi. They didn't take all of my original gel off so now my new gel is layered and built up oddly in areas. Again an employee was yelling at another employee for having to stay late. Not worth the money to go here
