If you are on your journey to pick out the perfect granite, you have likely ended up in this one mile radius of granite suppliers. I started my morning out at two of their competitors. While nobody was unkind... Nobody was helpful, or very welcoming. I asked a few questions in regards to samples I had and no one had answers. I was about to drive back home and decided to stop at the last place on my list, MSI, at this point I had made zero progress in picking out our kitchen granite. I walked in and mentioned the name on a sample I had and Carrie was more than happy to show me the different slabs they had of it on her computer and let me select which ones I would like to look at. We both loved a certain one because of the crystals in it and she told me that she would have it pulled for me. About five minutes later she came in and brought me back and we got to watch it be rolled to the front. It is exactly what I wanted, and her excitement was just as great as mine! She was so helpful, and a true joy to be around! Granite picking had truly become a nightmare for me, and she removed all of that anxiety and I just could've hugged her!
