I've been wanting to try bamboo bistro for a while, but the location kind of secluded so I always seem to drive past by it and stop by at Jenni Pho instead. Well, one afternoon after I past through it again, I decided to do a U turn and really try it. We were greeted probably by the owner, a nice old gentleman who is pretty nice and knowledgeable about the dish. I ordered a nice com bo luc lac dish and my fiancee ordered her lovely pho. We actually enjoyed the pho here better than Jenny Pho and I actually love my com bo luc lac dish with red tomato rice. Nice to know that I dont have to go to pho kim long for nice vietnamese dish now. They even have a great egg rolls that match those of pho kim long's. All and all I can say that I am a fan. Although some of the review here complain about how mexican run the kitchen and the restaurant. I wouldnt too worried about it. Almost 50 % of mexican run the kitchen in the west coast area so get use to it.
