I took my wife's wedding ring to Rich Custom Jewelers, that repaired the ring without the BS of dealing with Fred Meyers. Considering after the third call which I was able to get a mailing label. I was informed that I needed to have a receipt of the purchase. Well as I had never had to show one prior to them failing as a brick and mortar business, I did not have one. It took three weeks to get a response to that request. Please if you ever consider doing business with Fred Meyers....... please save yourself the headaches
