Had a recall notice for our Toyota Tacoma and called for an appointment. The lady instructed me to bring it and I advised her that my car was purchased out-of-state. She said it was no problem. Manny was my service adviser and provided me with the worst service ever! He was very sassy when I asked simple questions and VERY unprofessional when dealing with customer service. I am disgusted with the treatment I received and advise everyone to go to another dealership. Very sad for Toyota to have people like that working for you. At least the female cashier was very accomodating and friendly.
