This place is awesome!! I have always wanted to try this place out and I'm so glad I finally got a chance. First.... the staff here is great!! They are all so friendly and totally make you feel like part of the family. If it's your first visit you will watch a video that talks a little about the float spa experience and then one of the staff walks you through the pod and shows you how to use it. Each room has its own shower and there is an area you can get ready in. I feel like the more you do it, the better you relax and get the full benefits. I highly recommend coming here and giving it a shot.
