Terrible Herbst has several car wash options and three unlimited plans (which are billed every month). The first plan is $19.99, the second is $29.99, and the third is $49.99. I personally get the $29.99 because the first plan doesn't include interior vacuum, and I'm just too broke to afford the $49.99 tbh. I love the fact that they offer these plans because it's so dusty where I live, so being able to come here as many times as I'd like is a BIG win, and the reason I decided to come here to begin with. If you don't decide to buy a plan (which you really should), they offer a deal where you can buy ten car washes, you get the 11th free! I believe they offer a discount on gas the same day of purchase if you just get a single car wash as well, but not too sure on those details.
The customer service here is ALWAYS amazing. Everyone is so sweet and helpful. I had never been to a car wash before, and my first time was a bit awkward, I literally had no idea what to do, and they helped guide me and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. They usually do a good job with drying off the car and the interior details, but sometimes they don't do the best which is why I took a star away. The car wash also has a unique light show as you're going through the wash! It's really neat and if you have kids, I'm sure they'd enjoy and freak out about it as much as I did.
Overall, I enjoy this gas station and their car wash very much! If you are planning on getting your car vacuumed, I'd suggest having $2-3 on hand to tip the person who's doing it! I'm sure it makes them feel appreciated and makes their day.
