I decided to give this place a try based on the reviews and pictures. I Went in with gel acrylics to get a fill and was told that because I had gel on my acrylic nails there would be an extra charge of $5 to take off the gel. I've been getting my nails done for years... Never have I heard of charging extra to sand down acrylics with gel. I could understand if I had gel on natural nails which is a longer process, but they still have to sand down the acrylic nail in order to fill. Needless to say, I left after the lady insisted that it was WAY more work to sand down gel nails. Such a rip off. I understand it's only $5 but the poor customer service and pushiness to charge more for a service that is generally always included left me with an awful feeling about this place.
