We've been here 3 times now, the first time was a 5-star experience but that was more than a couple years ago. This time we went there for brunch and were going to use a Groupon, sadly the fine print said we could only use it AFTER 5PM - BE WARNED. So $19 for brunch, not so great a deal unless you are an anaconda or have a tapeworm. The food offered ranges from very good to so-so, the scrambled eggs and bacon were tepid, the potatoes were good with a bit too many peppers for my taste. The salad bar fruits and vegetables were very good, there were no croissants or muffins or Danish as advertised. The pastries and desserts were fine. The rodizio meats: flank steak, ham and pork sausage were okay, nothing to write about. The coffee was very good. Atmosphere and service were excellent.
All in all, save $20 or $30 and go to Hy-Vee
