I've been to Woman-My Salon & Spa 3 times. While I found the hairdressers listened and did what I wanted (rare) and did a good job of both cut and colour, I always had a hard time getting an appt. The 1st time I could not get a cut and colour the same day, had to schedule separate days. The 2nd time I could not get an appt for 3 weeks and then was called right before to reschedule as the stylist had an appt, I wasn't happy so they rebooked the same day but with a new stylist. The 3rd time I called I was told the stylist was on vacation. I gave up and am now getting my hair done elsewhere. I also didn't like the tipping. They give you little envelopes that you put the money in and then you have to write the name of the stylist/hair washer on the envelope.....I don't mind tipping for good service, but don't make it an ordeal for me.
