The primary reason I'm writing this review, is that I woke up yesterday with scratchy and uncomfortable eyes, so I called Riviera to request a 'same day' exam appointment - a difficult or impossible task for most providers. Adrienne reacted immediately, and she was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Blaskovich just three hours later (same day).
After a detailed examination and discussion, the cause of my scratchy eyes was a bad reaction to suntan lotion (note to everyone - keep suntan lotion away from your eyes).
Superb selection of frames is important, but a caring office with flexibility to accommodate urgent or emergency exams is irreplaceable!
