I will never return to this store. Dropped my Rolex off for servicing and was provided an estimate which I approved. I waited 2 months and heard nothing. I phoned the store and they said they would need to order parts which would take another 6-8 weeks. I decided to go pick up my watch. They now tell me that if I wear the watch it will create more damage and now my Rolex has a bad rattle that it never had before. Horrible experience!! I will now take the watch to the Rolex store in downtown Toronto to fix my watch!!
