So if i call you and say i need some tires, and you don't have them in stock, shouldn't you say that on the phone? We get down there after calling for 4 tires for our RV, and they say they have them. Get down there and are told they need to be ordered and could get there by 10am next morning (we are there at 10am the previous day). We changed our order to 6 tires, but they gotta order anyway so shouldn't be a big deal right? I asked if they wanted us to leave a deposit. Nope. Prepay? Nope. Take our number down? Nope. Ok then I guess we'll just be there tomorrow at 10am. Next day i tell my husband to call first before we drove down there. Guess what, no tires. Apparently they can have them in by 3pm and put 2 tires on today. I already told them yesterday that we were only in town for a few days. Not gonna wait around for 2 tires today, 2 tomorrow, possibly 2 more the next day. The guy on the phone didn't sound apologetic, nor did he give any valid excuse as to why the order wasn't in. Instead of waiting and giving this place our business, we drove out to GCR Tires in Phoenix. And it ended up cheaper there anyway and they got us in right away. It's now 11am and they are already working on our RV.
