We were assigned APM through our home warranty. Our upstairs air went out Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend. This was a big problem since we have a four month old and three year old. Our call was expedited bc of our small children. APM showed up by 9:45 am on Saturday morning and fixed our unit an hour later. We needed a new fan motor and capacitor. As I type this my toddler is sleeping in his cooled off bedroom and this mama doesn't need to worry. I'm very thankful for the professional service and the quick turnaround on a holiday weekend.
