The office staff is horrible. Dr Snead and Dr Masters are great but the Price gauging and the Unexpected charges and my dog got kennel cough. They wanted to charge me even more money than I had already spent to run more tests and to treat her. And that all came from the receptionist who answered the phone. I didn't even get to speak to Dr Snead
