I don't know if there has been a change in ownership, but I have been shopping here for my pets food and treats for a couple years.The place has been going down hill, the customer service is not what is used to be. Recently my dog has gotten sick from their baked treats. I asked their staff what they used in their treats and wouldn't tell me.(What do you have to hide) This cost me hundreds of dollars in vet bills for the problem to be resolved. I will never give them my business again! HORRIBLE SERVICE, CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
