The salon is very gorgeous and higher end, which the prices reflect. I had an appointment for 6 and arrived at 5:55 assuming I'd be able to pick out my color before sitting, which wasn't the case. I had to pick while my tech was already starting my nails. They didn't ask my name for my appointment but immediately sat me. The tech was rushing so much she cut my multiple times and scratched the heck out of my hand with her cuticle clippers above my knuckle. She had asked me if I wanted square and I said sure if the nails wouldn't end up too short since I know mine are typically round. She showed me a nail and asked if it was okay...it was round but a good length. However, the rest of my nails ended up various lengths and some way too long! She was rushing so fast I didn't even notice. I also got my eyebrows waxed and she didn't even pluck any stray hairs. I was in and out with my gel mani and my eyebrow wax in 25 minutes...needless to say it was NOT a relaxing experience. I had to file down my nails at 2 weeks because they were way too long. At 2.5 weeks they're just starting to pull up, but I put a top coat on when I filled them down. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. The woman seemed like she was rushing so she could get to a group of woman who were having pre-wedding mani pedis.
