About 7-8 years ago I bought a new air conditioner from them . Izaick said that it came with a ten year warranty. Several times during the years they came and fixed the unit. Either the wires disconnected or some other issue.
Fast forward to January of this year. My heating system started to make a familiar noise that I knew the hamster cage was loose or needed a new one. Well the technician came out said there was no way of fixing it or replacing the part . The duct part was collapsed and needed replacing. He told us we needed a new heating system and that the air conditioning unit needed to be replaced. I thought oh ok Izaick said ten year warranty and they had always fixed it when it didn't work.
Well not only did I almost die from the quote for both new units . Yes I said both new units and the technician was trying for a hard sell. The air conditioner now was only five year warrant1958 Village Center Circle, Ste. #4
Las Vegas NV 89134y and it had expired. I couldn't believe it so I called and tried to to to Izaick, since we had been casual friends, he refused to take my calls.
Another company was going to come and see it , I said I'll think about it and the technician wouldn't take no for an answer. He charge me part of the big total , did something to the air conditioner . But would still have to buy new air conditioner . Didn't get air filters that he promised because didn't buy both. Actually left the new intake vent empty said he would order them . Never came back. Cheap units , questionable ethics , who knows. Praying that both units work.
