STAY AWAY! I'm having the same problems as the other reviews. They told me I have periodontal disease and needed to do a Deep Cleaning. Measured "pockets" again (just did it 6 mos ago) They were OK then, now several are 6. My story is almost identical to Julia G., except I have dental insurance which would pay a portion. I checked the claim submitted and Stone Creek submitted and GOT PAID for a claim for a regular dental cleaning. NO Deep Cleaning claim was submitted, which is required by Delta Dental. Stone Creek showed me an estimate for the Deep Cleaning which was just under $800, said my insurance would pay $500+ and I owed $265. I called the Office and asked why no claim had been submitted, and asked for a copy of the estimate they showed me. I was assured they would send info. That was last week---Never heard back!!
