Giving 4 stars based on in store experience. My boyfriend and I had the amazing pleasure of working with Don. We've been into Pruitt's just browsing but this time we were ready to buy. Don greeted us and made friendly and funny conversation and pointed us to the direction of what we were looking for - after about 10-15mins he came upstairs where we were, didn't say anything he just made himself available. We had been to several places and all the sales people hovered and frankly annoyed us but we haven't had that problem with Pruitt's. When we were ready to tell him what we wanted he was very attentive and made sure all of our stuff was new and made the process simple and easy and kept a friendly upbeat conversation flowing through it. This was my first time buying furniture and I'm glad I got to work with Don and the Pruitt's team. I'll add more and update my review once I actually get my delivery but I wanted to comment on the amazing customer service we got cause it's definitely rare nowadays :)
