I bought the "Works" wash for $19, because it had rained twice since my last wash. I hadn't been to this place before. It came with an air freshener and "Dash Wipe" moist towelette. After running through & pulling into the vacuum bay to towel off the drips, I noticed the passenger, hatch & wheels were still pretty dirty. So I asked if this was normal. I was told this was not, & was offered another run through. I accepted. When William came over to let me through again he actually scrubbed the spots I was wondering about BY HAND! I then ran through the process again. My car looks pretty clean! Since they are open later (9pm) than the hand dry places , it's more practical for my schedule to get a wash here. I'm not driving a new car. So I'm not super picky, but this place has people that make it a better deal than the comparably priced automated washes within the same distance from my house. I'm betting I'll be back.
