I parked somewhere I shouldn't have and got towed. Howard and his business partner were kind, courteous and professional. They made the crappy experience so much better. After joking with them about giving me a discount because my car was so small, they actually went ahead and gave me a $10 discount. Seriously, people, these guys are great. I'll be going to them if I ever need a tow.
If you're upset you got towed, or if you think you were wrongfully towed, don't blame the tow service. They work on contracts for people who own the lot/area you were towed from. Contact those people and direct your anger toward them, not toward people who are just following orders and doing their jobs.
