Avoid this company! The tech walked in took one look at my AC and said yup it's broke and started to leave. I asked what is broken and why aren't you fixing it? He rattled off some parts and then said we need to get authorization from your home warranty and that can take a week. But the thing is I DID have authorization I even showed him the number. He didn't care to even check. By the time I got another company out here the parts store had closed so I have to wait another day in 100+ heat. Consolidated Mechanical completely wasted my time and now my family and I have to suffer because of it.
