Horrible management. If you plan on going here, make sure it's for life, because you're never getting out of your contract. I filled out a cancellation form in February, and I'm still being charged each month. They claim that they "lost my cancellation form," and fired the girl who excepted it. They also can't find our original contracts either, but I'm sure that's somehow my fault too. I gave them the exact day and time I came in to fill out that form, but apparently 12 days isn't enough time for the manager, Amber, to verify that with the cameras. They probably don't even work. I was supposed to get a discount when their air conditioning was broken for over a month, but I didn't get that either. I'm not aloud to know who's above Amber either. This gym reeks of pizza as its next door to a PaPa Johns and is full of those guys who yell and slam the weights down. Also, the air still hasn't ever worked right.
