I had a great experience here. I needed a place to live very quickly. The staff has relationships with apartment complexes all over the valley. If you have issues with a criminal record, evictions or bad credit, the staff knows which places will work with your situation. They will run your credit and figure out the best options and then go view the property with you. There were quite a few very affordable options that I would have otherwise overlooked in my search. Ultimately I rented a big two bedroom apartment centrally located in Phoenix for $800 a month, exactly in the part of town where I wanted to live! I worked with David Bland, but after listening to all of the staff helping other customers, I think they are all pros who work hard to help you find a nice place to live even if you have not-so-great circumstances. I would use them again under normal circumstances just to avoid touring a bunch of apartments and spending money on multiple app fees. If you need help, give these guys a shot.
