Excellent alternative to taxis and the low price seems to convince more drunk people to get a ride home than a taxi ever could.
If Lyft was available in all the same cities as Uber I would use it more often. As a lady it is a bit more comforting to know that lyft does a more extensive of a background check compared to Uber.
I've never had an issue with a driver. So far so good and I find it cheaper and less prone to price surges like Uber loooves to do.
