I have never been to another Starbucks that has as terrible customer service as this one. Everyone behind the counter is young, and only interested in gossiping with each other rather than doing their job. It seems like there is no one around to enforce that they are supposed to be at work. I have been here more than several times and it has been the same experience each time. Today, I happened to wait close to 10 minutes for a drink that wasn't custom made during a time when NO ONE else was there. My advice to management is to find staff that will actually do their job instead gossiping and messing around on company time.
