Worst service ever!!! I'm pretty understanding when it comes to wait times especially on a Friday night. But when the driver calls and says that they are outside and your still waiting 45 min for them to find your address, which is a giant hospital building that is a well known landmark, it becomes ridiculous. Hey how about this. Hire competent drivers that know how to read a map or invest in your company and buy a GPS. I guess my co-workers and I don't get to eat lunch today. Wasted all our time calling ignorant and rude people who obviously could care less about their job.
