I was, at one time very angry with this dealership. I was never going to return, but it occurred to me that 3 years after my grievance, there may be new staff and management. I went to end the lease I had and purchase a vehicle. At the end I mentioned my past grievance, and they were receptive to making it right. I've changed my 1 star review to a 5 star based on the what seems a new and improved team. !!
