You won't find a carrot cake cupcake with vanilla bean or citrus-infused buttercream frosting here, but with that said, Lollicakes focuses on doing a few things, and it does them well. You have a choice of white or chocolate cupcake, with a mocha, vanilla (white or bright colour tint) or chocolate frosting. The cupcake I chose was chocolate with vanilla frosting. The chocolate cake was light textured and moist, and the vanilla frosting was indulgently creamy and sweet. I'll be back when I'm craving something simple and sweet.
