Service is so slow. Only two tellers open (one being the merchant teller and one for general customers) with almost 10 guests waiting in line! Why are so many people walking around chatting in the back and not helping? Saw at least five people chatting and laughing while guests are waiting. At least come up to us and say "sorry for the wait, we'll be with you shortly". Don't stand around talking, and giggling while we as guests are short on patience waiting for a teller to take care of us.
