I ordered custom prints that showed up over exposed and grainy, not useable at all. I spent over $100 on these custom prints. I asked them look into it and refund or replace. I was told that I had used poor quality pixels or what ever and that it was my fault and that they would offer me a 50% off coupon to reorder my prints correctly. When I countered that I had checked on their website for picture quality their site actually told me that the pixel quality would handle up to a 16x20 enlargement and still be high quality print. Also I had ordered photo cards for the new year and they came out perfect, using the exact same picture as the custom print, along with others from the set of pictures. So they came back with: you can keep the bad photos and use a 15% off coupon to purchase more photos or you can return them for a 50% refund of my money as a processing fee. No acknowledgement of the quality, continue to tell me it is my fault that they processed sunset pictures with such over exposure that the suns are white blobs on the print and so forth like that. I have filed with the BBB and will find as many ways as I can to get the story out as this is the worst excuse of customer service I have ever encountered. Certainly buyer beware with this company. Stick to generic prints for a few cents a sheet, custom orders are not monitored for quality and not honored when the product is defective. Simply bad business.
