I've used them twice in the past 8 months. Both times were great experiences. They were SUPER fast to call me to set an appointment after I filed my claim with the home warranty company. Then, they stayed in close contact during the day of my appointment so that I had a good idea when they'd be there, vs sitting around all day and waiting. Both times I had technicians that were super friendly and professional. They did the work they were supposed to do, and also took the time to educate me on several plumbing questions/concerns I had in general. I know some people in the reviews seem to be very upset about the "modification" fees that American Home Shield won't cover. I too am upset by this, but that is no fault of AM PM plumbing. They have to replace some of the old plumbing lines, or they get held liable for future problems, and American Home Shield considers that the "modification". I argued with American Home Shield for a while about this, as I don't agree on their definition of a modification, but either way... that isn't AM PM's fault. If people here want to get upset that the modifications aren't paid... find a home warranty company that doesn't exclude modification fees, and give American Home Shield your bad review.
